Super 8 by Wyndham Niagara Falls by the Falls

Very satisfied with our stay we stayed here 2 times and both times were amazing. The rooms are huge and clean very comfortable beds and you couldn't ask for better staff they were so accommodating and friendly and the pool was nice size and temperature and the locating is great right by the Falls. Definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a nice big place with friendly staff

We had a king size bed on 5th floor. Bed very comfortable. No carpet on floors was great. Everything clean. No smell, nothing broken, bathroom fan quiet, tv great with hundreds of channels, warm indoor pool. Breakfast good, had coffee, toast, muffin, yogurt and banana. Staff make waffles for you. We put everything in a small box and ate on our private balcony. Parking available. We walked to Clifton Hill and beyond. Everyone at check in and check out polite. First came here during covid. All safety protocols in effect. For breakfast we were given a bagged breakfast to go.

This is a great hotel, especially with its location. The room itself could use some love, but the service and staff were friendly and welcoming. The handsome, cute man who checked me in was really helpful, making the process quick, easy, and painless. That man also gave me all the information I needed about the area and was very patient with all my questions at check-in. I wish I had asked for his name. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d love to stay at this hotel again. Honestly, the friendly staff and the kind check-in guy made the little things about the room feel less important.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Location is great,only about an 8 min walk to clifton hill. Friendly welcoming staff. Only downfall was the free breakfast. You are offered bread,croissant, doughnut, juice, coffee,boiled egg, waffles, and cereal. Its not a warm "bacon and egg " type breakfast like we were hoping for. But nonetheless, its something for your belly in the morning.

Very satisfied with the service, especially the staff (happy). We had unexpected car issues and suddenly needed a hotel, and the staff member managed to give us a room at a good price in an emergency. He even provided extra pillows, a single mattress, and was incredibly helpful, The breakfast had plenty of options, more than enough for one person in the morning. Although the breakfast room was small and people had to line up from the stairs and elevator, the hotel itself is very spacious, with two swimming pools. I hope they will consider expanding the breakfast area, but overall it was a really good stay and the location near the Falls made it even better

My wife and I had a great experience staying at Super 8 by Wyndham during our Niagara Falls trip. The room was clean, well-maintained, and looked really good. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it felt and how well-stocked it was—more than enough towels, which is always a plus! The jacuzzi in the room was a wonderful touch, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location is super convenient—just minutes from the Falls, making it easy to explore without any hassle. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel with solid amenities and a great location, Super 8 by Wyndham is a great choice.

Room was cozy and looked like the room had been renovated in the last few years. The pool was a little too cool, so did not swim. Did not use the fridge or microwave in the room, but nice that they were included. If the weather were nicer, the balcony would have gotten more use. The breakfast was simple but good. Waffles, croissants, toast, muffins, Juice, bananas, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs. Check-in and out was easy. There was plenty of parking available and was 10CDN. Quick walk to Greg Frewin Theatre, Clifton Hill, plenty of restaurants. The Fallsview Casino, Skylon Tower is about a 20min walk. I would consider staying here again.

We loved everything about our stay. We were given a free upgrade of our room which was a really nice surprise. The only complaint we had was the breakfast menu. It was muffins, bread, waffles etc. A hot buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage etc. would have made our stay perfect. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.
